Tony was admitted to the bar in 2002. Since that time, he has successfully
practiced all over the State of Texas; as well as appeared pro hac vice
in federal courts throughout the United States, with a proven record of
success. Tony's passion is to represent clients who are charged with
serious State crimes in Texas and anywhere in the United States with federal
crimes. Tony prides himself on working tirelessly to get his client's
the best possible results at any stage of their Federal or State criminal
case. His primary goal is to have his client's charges dismissed,
negotiate a reduction of the charges and sentence, or obtain an acquittal
at trial (when possible).
Tony is your neighborhood lawyer. He has devoted himself to not only competently
and aggressively representing his clients in court, but has also committed
to counselling his clients and their family as they go through the very
stressful and difficult process of negotiating the troubled waters of
the federal or state criminal justice systems. Tony, and the Holland Martin
law firm, are here for you. Tony has worked with a variety of clients
from juveniles to adults, who have been accused of a variety of serious
crimes from DWI to federal criminal offenses (and everything in between).
Thanks to his extensive preparation and experience negotiating with district
attorneys, he has been successful in getting charges dismissed; as well
as heading off charges by attacking the evidence at pretrial.
The moment you are arrested or are informed of a criminal investigation,
you need an experienced attorney who not only takes an aggressive approach
in handling your case but also possesses insight into the opposing side.
